CEJJF is now accepting applications for our new Predevelopment Bridge Loan Pilot, designed to get clean energy projects off the ground as fast as possible.
Illinois businesses, municipalities, and organizations with pending Round 3 Equitable Energy Future (EEF) or Community Solar Energy Sovereignty (CSES) grant awards are eligible to apply.
The pilot will bridge the gap between a DCEO grant award and money going out the door, helping projects move forward without delay.
Loans will range from $100,000 to $200,000, with a 3% fixed annual interest rate, no CEJJF application or processing fees, and no principal or interest payments before February 15, 2027.
